Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are
dissatisfied with any service you received here, please
notify us within 7 days.
Services
Not sure what service or treatment you need? New to the spa
experience? Please call and allow our spa/salon coordinator
to assist you.
Arrival
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled
appointment to allow yourself time to relax by the
fireplace, enjoy complimentary refreshments in our spa/salon
lounge. Watch our education videos that are playing for you.
Scheduling & Missed Appointments
Sensational Styles & Spa, Inc. has a 24-hour cancellation
policy and requires a credit card number to reserve two or
more treatments and all spa packages. If you do not call to
cancel your reservation within 24 hours or do not show for
your scheduled treatments, Sensational Styles & Spa, Inc.
reserves the right to charge your credit card for the
scheduled treatments.
Payment
Sensational Styles & Spa, Inc. accepts Cash, Checks with
Identification, Sensational Styles & Spa, Inc. Gift
Certificates, Visa, Discover and MasterCard.
Product Returns
All product returns must be accompanied by a store receipt.
Product returns will only be accepted within 30 days of
original purchase. All returns will be exchange of product
only or in salon/spa Sensational Styles & Spa, Inc.
Gift Card.

Cellular Phones
In order to providing a professional, enjoyable, relaxing
atmosphere for you and our other guests, we kindly ask that
you turn off your cell phones while at Sensational Styles &

To stay on schedule with your commitment to skin, hair and
body care, we offer significant savings when booking a
series of treatments. Ask about our club cards.
Gift Certificates
Give the gift of relaxation, revitalization and renewal to a
friend with a Sensational Styles & Spa, Inc.Gift
Certificate, available in any denomination. Gift Cards are
non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Sensational
Styles & Spa, Inc. no longer accepts expired gift
certificates. Promotional/Sale gift cards cannot be applied
to additional discounts or special offers.
Children
Children over the age of 12 who are receiving Spa/Salon
services are welcome. Children under the age of 12 who are
receiving Salon services are welcome. We do not allow
children to be unattended in our lounge or waiting area.
Returned Checks
There is a $30 fee for all returned checks.
Precautions
Some of our services are not recommended for persons who are
pregnant, have allergies or specific medical conditions, or
are taking certain medications. Please check with your
physician to determine what is right for you. |
